1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions govern all orders placed on the website www.bysusy.ch, operated by By Susy – owned by Suchitel Schroeter.
By placing an order, the customer fully accepts these Terms and Conditions.

2. Products

The products offered are described and presented with the utmost care.
Images are non-contractual.
All products are handcrafted in an artisanal manner.
Slight variations in colour, weight, or fragrance may occur.

3. Prices

All prices are displayed in Swiss francs (CHF), VAT included when applicable.
By Susy reserves the right to modify prices at any time, while guaranteeing the price displayed at the time of the order.

4. Orders

An order is confirmed once payment has been validated.
By Susy reserves the right to cancel any order in case of suspected fraud or incorrect information.

5. Payment

Accepted payment methods:

  • Credit and debit cards via Stripe
  • Twint
  • PayPal
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay

Payments by invoice, bank transfer or in-store pickup are not offered.

All transactions are secure.

6. Delivery

6.1 Delivery zones

  • Switzerland: active deliveries
  • Europe & International: deliveries available according to the rates below


6.2 Delivery rates (Switzerland)

  • Standard shipping (3–5 business days): CHF 11.–
  • Express shipping (2 business days): CHF 18.–
  • Free shipping for orders over CHF 100.–


6.3 International delivery rates

Europe (Germany, France, Italy, Austria, Spain, etc.)

  • Standard shipping (10–12 business days): CHF 22.–
  • Express shipping (5–7 business days): CHF 30.–
  • Free shipping for orders over CHF 150.–


Outside Europe (United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Asia, Oceania, etc.)

  • Standard shipping (10–20 business days): CHF 35.–
  • Express shipping (5–10 business days): CHF 50.–
  • Free shipping for orders over CHF 200.–


6.4 Delivery times

The delivery times indicated are estimates and may vary depending on destination country, the time of year or customs procedures.
Delays, regardless of their cause, do not entitle the customer to compensation.

Any customs duties, import taxes or administrative fees applied in the customer’s country are the customer’s responsibility.

6.5 Shipping responsibility

Once the parcel has been handed over to Swiss Post or any carrier, responsibility for transport is transferred to the customer.
In case of loss or damage during transport, a claim may be opened with the carrier.

7. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

See the dedicated Return Policy.

In summary:

  • Returns accepted within 14 days
  • Product must be unopened / unused / in perfect condition
  • The customer may request an exchange or refund
  • Opened, used or damaged products cannot be returned
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer (unless due to a By Susy error)


8. Personal Data

Customer data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content (texts, images, design, fragrances, descriptions) is the exclusive property of By Susy.
Any reproduction is prohibited without prior written authorisation.

10. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Swiss law.
Jurisdiction is exclusively assigned to the courts of the Canton of Vaud (Switzerland).
