Europe & International

Shipping available to several countries in Europe and worldwide (United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Asia, Oceania).
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and customs procedures.

Europe

• Standard: 10–12 business days
• Express: 5–7 business days

Outside Europe

• Standard: 10–20 business days
• Express: 5–10 business days

4. Customs Duties and International Taxes

For orders shipped outside Switzerland, customs duties, import taxes or administrative fees may apply.
These fees are the customer’s responsibility.

5. Tracking and Transport Responsibility

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by e-mail.
Transport responsibility is transferred to the customer when the parcel is handed over to the carrier.
In case of loss or damage, a claim may be opened with the carrier.

6. Damaged Orders

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours, including a photo of the product and packaging, at: contact@bysusy.ch
We will provide an appropriate solution.

7. Returns

Returns are possible within 14 days for unopened and unused products.
